Weekly stand-ups
We post stand-ups on Mondays on the updates channel in slack. We use this structure:

🚫 Blockers (inc. things that are still 2-3 weeks out but we're feeling resistance to starting for whatever reason)

Closures
We close for a week in the summer (August) and for three weeks in the winter.
