How to set up tech for a new circle from scratch

  1. Create a Google Drive folder for the circle here:

    1. Ensure all members have proper access to the Google Drive folder
    2. Set up sharing in a way that allows all circle members to access everything they need access to.
  2. Set up a Notion page as the main holding page for information about the circle

  3. Create a Slack channel for communication

  4. Prepare a welcome email template with:

    1. Links to the Google Drive folder [saved here]
    2. Link to the Notion page
    3. Invitation to the Slack channel
    4. List of all circle members' email addresses so people can stay in touch - with permission.
